Chelsea are reportedly planning to begin talks with Pachuca over a potential transfer for the Mexican side's young winger Jurgen Damm.
Andres Fassi, Pachuca's vice president, has revealed that the Premier League outfit are expected to open discussions later this week.
"Chelsea are the club interested, but we have to see how much they are interested, we can't go ahead of ourselves, we have to wait and see," Fassi told Medio Tiempo.
"There is a belief they arrive in Mexico on Thursday to talk with us."
Damm, 21, who was linked with a move to Manchester United in 2013, would not require a work permit thanks to his dual Mexican-German nationality.
