Report: Didier Drogba snubs Kaka pairing at Orlando City

Didier Drogba turns down the chance to play with Kaka at Orlando City on a two-year deal, according to reports.

Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has rejected a two-year contract with MLS side Orlando City, according to reports.

The 37-year-old had been linked with a move to the Florida-based side in recent weeks as the club's hierarchy dreamt of pairing him with Brazilian star Kaka.

However, Drogba, who was released by the Blues following a second spell in West London, has turned down the chance to join Orlando, according to Sky Sports News.

The Ivorian, who was Jose Mourinho's third-choice striker last season behind Diego Costa and Loic Remy, netted seven times from 14 starts in all competitions.
