Everton have reportedly opened talks with Chelsea over the possibility of taking Romelu Lukaku on loan again next season.
After falling out of favour with Jose Mourinho last August, the Belgian striker moved to Goodison Park where he proved an instant hit, netting 15 times in the Premier League for the Toffees.
The Daily Mail claims that the 21-year-old could be playing on Merseyside again this season, but Everton will face competition from Atletico Madrid, who are said to have been offered the forward by Chelsea.
Lukaku, who earlier this week said that he would like to stay at Stamford Bridge, is also believed to be attracting interest from six other clubs.
The forward has scored four goals in Belgium's two World Cup warm-up games to date.
