Report: Fiorentina hunt Radamel Falcao

Italian outfit Fiorentina offer struggling Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao an escape route, according to reports.

Fiorentina are reportedly planning to offer out-of-favour Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao an escape route in January.

The 29-year-old marksman - already on loan at the Blues from AS Monaco - has netted just once as he finds himself behind Diego Costa and Loic Remy in the pecking order.

It was reported last week that the Colombian, who also struggled at Manchester United last season, was keen to quit the Premier League in an effort to rebuild his career.

Falcao could be in luck as the Viola are keen on taking him to Florence this winter, according to The Mirror.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho played down the exit rumours earlier in the week.
