Tottenham Hotspur show Nicolas Anelka interest?

Tottenham Hotspur are thought to be among a number of teams to have shown an interest in bringing Nicolas Anelka back to the Premier League.

The 33-year-old was recently named as player-manager at Shanghai Shenhua following his move from Chelsea in January.

However, the former French international now wants to leave the Chinese club, according to the Daily Mail.
