Chelsea winger Victor Moses has joined West Ham United on a season-long loan after signing a four-year contract extension with the Premier League champions.
The 24-year-old, who has spent the last two campaigns on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City respectively, joined Chelsea from Wigan Athletic in 2012 for a reported fee of £9m.
He started his career with Crystal Palace before moving to the DW Stadium in 2010.
Moses has scored seven goals in 24 appearances for Nigeria.
West Ham have signed 11 players so far during the current transfer window.
