A late penalty from Padraig Amond salvaged a draw for Morecambe after an entertaining clash with Cheltenham Town at the Abbey Business Stadium.
Cheltenham took the lead from the penalty spot in the 17th minute courtesy of on-loan Liverpool striker Jack Dunn after Lee Vaughan had been shoved to the ground by Shaun Beeley.
Dunn, on his home debut, then confidently stroked home the penalty to notch his second goal in three appearances for Paul Buckle's side.
Morecambe thought that they had levelled the tie 10 minutes before the interval, only to see Amond's goal ruled out for offside.
Dunn nearly grabbed his second off the game just a minute later, but he was denied by Andreas Arestidou before Alex Kenyon cleared the striker's effort from the rebound off the line.
Morecambe then spurned a golden chance to draw level when Jamie Devitt saw his penalty saved after Craig Braham-Barrett had brought the winger down in the box.
However, with time running out the away side salvaged a draw when Amond fired home a second Morecambe spot kick after Vaughan had been penalised for a handball.
