Sanchez Watt is a doubt for Colchester United's League Cup meeting with Peterborough United on Tuesday.

The former Arsenal forward, who missed the club's 1-0 win over Gillingham at the weekend, has been struggling with a leg injury in the last couple of weeks.

It had been thought that the 22-year-old would return in midweek, but according to PA, his debut may have to wait.

Colchester have been eliminated in the first round of the League Cup in each of the last two seasons.
