Both Costa Rica and Greece make changes to their starting lineups for tonight's World Cup last-16 tie in Recife.

Both Costa Rica and Greece have made changes to their starting lineups for tonight's World Cup last-16 tie in Recife.

Group D winners Costa Rica welcome back Michael Umana and Christian Bolanos, who sat out their last group game against England, with Randall Brenes and Roy Miller dropping to the bench as expected.

For Greece, it's one change from the side that dramatically beat the Ivory Coast to snatch a place in the knockout stages.

Panagiotis Kone drops out and is replaced by Andreas Samiris.
