Coventry City boss Steven Pressley has insisted that he will show young players the door if they do not buy into his work ethic.
The club's hopes of promotion have been ended following a 10-point deduction, but Pressley is already switching his focus on to next season.
Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph: "I want to create a demanding culture where there will be standards every day, and there's an intensity about the way we go about things.
"All young players have to understand that there is a lot of work ahead to become the player that they want to become.
"If you don't want to be part of that you won't be, it's as simple as that, and I genuinely mean that. So you either buy into it or you're not here."
The Sky Blues currently sit 14th in the League One table.
