Dickson, 27, spent the previous season with Colchester United, making 35 appearances for the club.
24-year-old Oyebanjo made over 100 appearances for Bootham Crescent during a three-year spell.
Both players turned down contracts at their respective clubs to sign two-year deals with the League One side.
