Crystal Palace and playoff-chasing Hull City play out a 0-0 stalemate at Selhurst Park.

Two of the Championship's draw specialists were at it again this afternoon as Crystal Palace and Hull played out a 0-0 stalemate at Selhurst Park.

Without the suspended Wilfred Zaha, Palace lacked the creativity required to break down a Hull side that boast the tightest defence in the league.

Having said that, it was the Eagles who had the best chance of the opening 45 minutes, but Chris Martin volleyed wide from Glenn Murray's cross.

Sean Scannell also had a brace of second-half chances for Dougie Freedman's side but first fired over the crossbar before being denied by Vito Mannone.

While they were solid at the back, goalscoring opportunities were limited for the Tigers, but Robert Koren nearly snatched them a winner when his shot went narrowly past the post.

Hull are now unbeaten in 11 league games, while the result was Palace's third consecutive draw.
