Crystal Palace have sacked manager Neil Warnock following the team's 3-1 defeat to Southampton in the Premier League.
The boss is the first to lose his job in the top flight this season, having won just three of his 16 matches since taking charge in the summer.
Warnock took charge of the club for a second time at the start of the season after Tony Pulis resigned from the post less than a year after taking charge.
Yesterday's loss has left the team in the relegation zone, a point from safety ahead of tomorrow's match against Queens Park Rangers.
Assistant manager Keith Millen will take charge of the side for the trip to Loftus Road.
