Crystal Palace are reportedly preparing an ambitious move for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Kevin Trapp.
The 27-year-old has only made one Ligue 1 appearance this season due to the form of Alphonse Areola between the sticks.
Trapp is understood to be frustrated with his lack of football in France, and according to The Sun, Palace boss Roy Hodgson believes that he could entice the German to the Premier League at the start of 2018.
Palace are in the market for a new goalkeeper due to the inconsistency of first-team stoppers Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni, who have shared the gloves in recent matches.
Trapp, who is a two-time Germany international, moved to PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2015.
