Vincent Vermeij's 90th-minute goal has seen bottom-of-the-table De Graafschap come from two goals down to draw with Willem II.
The Tricolores took the lead with their first effort of note on 41 minutes when Robbie Haemhouts teed up Erik Falkenburg, who beat Hidde Jurjus to score his third of the season.
Within two minutes, Falkenburg had doubled Willem II's advantage as the Tilburg outfit looked to be cruising towards victory.
Their task was made easier when Alexander Bannink was sent off for a second bookable offence, following his challenge on Lucas Andersen.
However, the hosts were awarded a penalty with a quarter of the game left after Dries Wuytens brought down Cas Peters before the forward dusted himself down to score from the spot.
De Graafschap then picked up their first point of the season when Nathaniel Will found Vermeij, who beat Kostas Lamprou in the dying moments.
