Millwall have moved to sign Derby County defender Jason Shackell on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Shackell has made 62 appearances in all competitions in his second spell with the Rams, but the centre-back has not featured in the Championship throughout the current campaign.
The 34-year-old's two outings came in the EFL Cup and with Derby having already exited the FA Cup, the veteran was unlikely to get many opportunities over the next four months, leading to a switch to Millwall being agreed.
Neil Harris's team have recorded eight points from their last five matches in the second tier, but Shackell adds further experience to a team looking to stay out of a relegation battle.
As it stands, the East London outfit sit in 15th place in the league table, nine points above the bottom three.
