Emmen are set to host ADO Den Haag in the Eredivisie on Saturday, with the home team still searching for their first win of the season.
Den Haag, meanwhile, are also struggling to get their campaign up and running, sitting just three points and one place above their opponents.
Match preview
Emmen remain the only side in the league without a win in the 2020-21 season, having recorded three draws and eight defeats thus far.
Their latest result was a narrow 2-1 loss against Sparta Rotterdam, with Miguel Araujo netting his first league goal of the term.
Their horrid start to the campaign means they currently sit at the bottom of the Eredivisie, however a win over Den Haag could see them leapfrog their opponents, slipping into 17th place.
Dick Lukkien's side will be hoping to end their six-match losing streak this weekend, with two of those defeats coming at home.
On the other hand, Den Haag will also be disappointed with their start to the season, picking up just one win in their opening 11 matches - a 2-1 victory against VVV-Venlo on matchday four.
However, the visitors did manage a 1-1 draw against Utrecht in their previous league fixture, with Michiel Kramer scoring the equaliser in the final five minutes.
New coach Ruud Brood will be glad to have picked up draws in his previous two games, after suffering a disheartening 6-0 defeat against Sparta during his first game in charge.
That being said, the Dutch manager is still looking for his first win - and the game this weekend could be the perfect opportunity.
However, the last time these two sides met back in September last year, Emmen gained a comfortable 3-0 win over their opponents.
In fact, Emmen have won their last three matches against Den Haag since they were promoted to the Eredivisie for the first time in 2018.

Team News
Emmen are without Luciano Carty and Robbert de Vos for the upcoming match, with both players expected to return to action later this month.
Lukkien should make a few changes to the side that lost against Sparta last time out, perhaps bringing Simon Tibbling back into the starting XI.
He is also expected to keep Michael de Leeuw up font, with the striker netting five goals this season.
Meanwhile, Den Haag have a few injury concerns heading into this game, as both Shaquille Pinas and David Philipp are expected to miss the match.
Brood is also without Peet Bijen, with the centre-back currently recovering from his ankle problem.
Emmen possible starting lineup:
Wiedwald; Bijl, Rhijn, Araujo, Cavlan; Laursen, Chacon, Pena, Tibbling; De Leeuw, Jansen
ADO Den Haag possible starting lineup:
Koopmans; Van Ewijk, Del Fabro, Kemper, Faye; Elmkies, Boer, Pascu; Besuijen, Kramer, Kishna
We say: Emmen 1-1 ADO Den Haag
Currently there is not much to separate the two teams, with Den Haag just one place above Emmen in the table. Although the hosts have a good record against their opponents, their current league form suggests they will not be able to secure that all-important win this weekend.
