Former England manager Fabio Capello has reportedly been approached by the China national team over becoming the side's new boss.
The Italian coach, who resigned from the Three Lions' post last month, was believed to be taking a break from football.
Reports have claimed that the 65-year-old is willing to take on the job with China but has requested that Roma manager Franco Baldini joins him within the coaching staff, according to Goal.com.
It is thought that Baldini has informed Capello that he will make a decision at the end of the season as he intends to focus on Roma.
The Chinese Football Association are reportedly ready to wait on Capello but will attempt to lure former Italy coach Marcello Lippi to the national team if the former Real Madrid boss turns down the job.
