Everton manager Roberto Martinez has praised his players following their 'mature' performance against Lille in the Europa League last night.
The Toffees eased past the French outfit 3-0 at Goodison Park to remain top of the Group H standings with four games played.
Next up for Everton is a visit to face Wolfsburg, in the knowledge that they are well in control of their own destiny.
"We played with a maturity that suggested we had been playing in Europe for years," Martinez told ITV Sport. "The level of performance was very good throughout the team and that is pleasing.
"We are taking it step by step. Wolfsburg are a very strong side. We are excited to go there."
Martinez's charges are five points ahead of third-placed Lille with two games remaining.
