Everton's Muhamed Besic: 'I've adapted to the pace of the Premier League'

Everton's Muhamed Besic admits that he feels more comfortable with the fast pace of the Premier League.

Everton's Muhamed Besic has insisted that he is now used to the fast pace of the Premier League following his arrival on Merseyside last summer.

The 22-year-old believes that his performance in the Toffees' goalless draw with West Brom in January was the turning point.

"The Premier League is faster but now, I am used to it after nine months," Besic told the Liverpool Echo. "But in the beginning it was difficult because everything is fast. But the West Bromwich game was when I felt I was strong in this league."

Everton are currently 11th in the table, with games against West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur left to go.
