Everton midfielder Leon Osman has revealed that his recent call-up to the England squad "means the world" to him.
The 31-year-old, who has one previous cap to his name, opened the scoring for his club side on Saturday as they defeated champions Manchester City 2-0 in the Premier League.
"To still be in the squad means the world to me," The Sun quotes Osman as saying.
"I just need to keep my head down, keep working hard and if another chance comes, I have got to take it."
England resume their World Cup qualifying campaign on Friday when they travel to San Marino before making the trip to Montenegro four days later.
