Everton loan midfielder Liam Walsh to Yeovil Town

Everton's 18-year-old midfielder Liam Walsh joins League Two side Yeovil Town on a one-month loan deal.

Yeovil Town have secured the loan services of Everton youngster Liam Walsh.

The midfielder has been a regular for the Premier League side's Under-18s and Under-21s this season.

However, the 18-year-old will now spend the next four weeks gaining some senior experience at Huish Park.

"I would like to thank all the staff at Everton, especially Roberto Martinez for allowing Liam to join us," manager Darren Way told Yeovil's official website.

"There were a number of clubs interested in signing Liam, so it is nice to secure his signature and hopefully all his attributes will add to our team and help this fantastic club stay in the Football League."

Walsh has become the sixth player that the Toffees currently have out on loan.
