Everton attacker Nikola Vlasic is said to be in talks with CSKA Moscow over a permanent switch to the Russian side.
The 21-year-old was one of a wave of signings under then-Toffees manager Ronald Koeman in summer 2017 but he has since failed to force his way into the first-team plans, with just seven top-flight starts coming in his first season at the club.
Vlasic impressed out on loan at CSKA last season, however, contributing five goals in 25 Russian Premier League appearances from a central-midfield role.
Speaking to Championat, Vlasic's agent Tonci Martic claimed that talks are now ongoing over a permanent switch for the Croatian.
"I can't confirm that CSKA and Everton have reached an agreement for Vlasic," he said. "All I can say is Nikola and CSKA are in talks and we are negotiating."
Vlasic is currently in Italy competing at the European Under-21 Championships.
