Scottish Championship roundup: Livingston off bottom after Queens thrashing

Sports Mole rounds up all of Saturday's action in the Scottish Championship.

Livingston moved off the bottom of the table after shocking Queen of the South, coming from behind to score four second-half goals in a 4-1 win. Liam Buchanan scored twice after goals from Scott Pittman and Jordan White.

Falkirk have thrashed Dumbarton to cement their place in the Scottish Championship playoff places. John Baird netted a hat-trick and Robert McHugh added another before half time. Blair Alston added a fifth as the Bairns ran riot against Stevie Aitken's side.

Hibernian kept up the pressure on league leaders Rangers with a 2-1 win over Raith Rovers. John McGinn and Jason Cummings put Hibs two up inside the first 30 minutes before Jon Daly grabbed a consolation for Raith with 25 minutes remaining.

It was Alloa Athletic who replaced Livingston at the foot of the table after they lost by a single goal against Greenock Morton.

Rangers will play against St Mirren tomorrow.
