Winger Matty Blair leaves Fleetwood Town

League One outfit Fleetwood Town release winger Matty Blair from his contract at the Highbury Stadium.

Fleetwod Town have cancelled Matty Blair's contract with the club by mutual consent.

The 25-year-old joined the Cod Army in 2013 and he went on to play a key role as the team earned promotion to League One last season.

However, he fell out of favour earlier this term and has spent part of the campaign on loan with Cambridge United.

Now, following recent negotiations, the winger has been freed to find himself another club.

Blair scored a total of five goals during his 43 appearances for Fleetwood.
