Half-Time Report: Martyn Woolford puts Millwall in front

Martyn Woolford's neat strike puts Millwall into the lead going into the break of their Championship match against Fulham.

Millwall lead at the break of their Championship match against Fulham this afternoon thanks to Martyn Woolford's neat strike.

George Williams lashed the ball wide early on for Fulham after an initial save from Millwall keeper David Forde, who did well to keep it out at full stretch.

Woolford then put the visitors in front with a simple finish at the far post, following a strong run by Ricardo Fuller on the left.

Scott Malone came close to making it two after hitting a half volley towards goal, but Jesse Joronen tipped it over to keep his side in the game.
