Brede Hangeland has claimed that Fulham's 6-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers yesterday afternoon has eased the pressure on everybody connected with the club.
Martin Jol's side had been lingering around the relegation zone, having scored just four goals in total before the defeat of QPR.
However, the Norwegian defender has revealed that everybody at the club remained "united" and that they will continue to do so.
"We're all in this together and everyone involved with the club can feel a bit of extra pressure when things haven't gone as well as we wanted them to," said the 30-year-old.
"That goes for me, the rest of the players and I am sure the manager as well. We're very much a united club."
The win has moved Fulham up to 12th in the Premier League table.
