Fulham manager Martin Jol has fined himself after fining midfielder Pajtim Kasami for missing a penalty in Fulham's Carling Cup defeat to Chelsea, according to The Mirror.
The 19-year-old Swiss midfielder missed in normal time before the Cottagers went on to lose the game 4-3 on penalties.
Kasami was handed a £500 fine because Orlando Sa was apparently the designated penalty taker.
Since the incident occurred it has been reported that none of the Fulham players knew that Sa had been given the spot-kick role and so they were surprised when Kasami was hit with the fine.
Jol's side, who currently lie 12th in the Premier League, next travel to Stoke on Saturday, October 15.
