Fulham are reportedly interested in signing FC Twente defender Joshua Brenet in a cut-price deal.
After finishing in a comfortable mid-table position last term, Marco Silva's side are looking to build a squad that can build upon a successful campaign.
Fulham are expected to strengthen the right side of their defence this summer following the departure of Cedric Soares.
The 31-year-old returned to his parent club Arsenal after making just 12 appearances during his loan spell last term.
Silva preferred to utilise Kenny Tete as his first-choice right-back, but he has been linked with a move away from the West London club.

Even if Tete remains at Craven Cottage, Silva will be keen to bring in a new right-sided defender that can compete with the Netherlands international.
According to the Evening Standard, Fulham have identified Brenet as a potential option and he could be available at a relatively cheap price.
Brenet has 12 months left to run on his Twente contract, which has a clause that would allow him to be purchased for as little as £1m.
Fulham were interested in signing the Dutchman last summer, but instead, he completed a move from PSV Eindhoven to Twente.

Although the 29-year-old typically operates as a right-back, he is also comfortable playing on the left side of the backline.
Since joining Twente from Hoffenheim in January 2022, Brenet has made 54 competitive appearances, contributing 12 goals and five assists.
Fulham will face competition for Brenet's signature, with newly-promoted Burnley interested in the former PSV defender.
There have also been links with three of the biggest clubs in the Turkish Super Lig in Besiktas, Fenerbahce and Istanbul Basaksehir.
