Hertha Berlin manager Jos Luhukay has insisted that he is not looking to sign Fulham striker Konstantinos Mitroglou this summer.
The 26-year-old, who made just three appearances for Fulham upon joining in January, has been linked with a move away from Craven Cottage this summer following the club's relegation from the Premier League.
Bundesliga outfit Hertha were said to be interested in Mitroglou's services, but any deal has now been ruled out.
"Should we manage to find a very good striker, we may make some further business, of course," Luhukay told the club's official website.
"There is no truth in rumours linking Hertha Berlin with Konstantinos Mitroglou, definitely no truth! We are looking to sign [a striker] but we have no pressure as we already have a good first XI."
Fulham paid Olympiacos £12m for the Greek international's services.
