Fulham have had a £4.5m bid for Matt Jarvis rejected by Wolverhampton Wanderers, according to reports.
Wolves are determined to keep the winger and it is though that a much bigger fee would be needed to persuade the Midlands club to part with the England international.
New manager Stale Solbakken has had to deal with uncertainty over a number of key players, including Steven Fletcher and Michael Kightly.
"The uncertainty over players is driving everyone nuts," The Sun quotes Wolves captain Karl Henry as saying.
Fulham will need to increase their offer for Jarvis if they hope to tempt Wolves to sell the 26-year-old.
