Wesley Sneijder's agent has insisted that the Dutch international is eager to remain with Galatasaray during this month's transfer window.
It had been suggested that the Turkish outfit were prepared to sell the playmaker over the coming weeks in a bid to ease their financial problems.
However, Guido Albers has claimed that his client is settled in Istanbul and will only leave if his release clause is met.
"The Galatasaray board told me that they won't sell Sneijder. Wesley loves Galatasaray and the fans. Both he and his wife Yolanthe want to stay in Istanbul," Albers told Bugun TV.
"If there is a club interested him, they have to negotiate with the Galatasaray board, not with me. Also, any club who wants him will have to pay the £15.6m release clause in his contract. Not £4m, £8m or £10m."
Sneijder, 30, joined Gala from Inter Milan in January 2013 after spells at Real Madrid and Ajax.
