Jeremy Toulalan and Santi Carzloa struck late goals to hand Malaga all three points from their trip to Getafe this evening.
The opening 45 minutes looked to be heading for a stalemate until Spanish midfielder Diego Castro struck from inside the area to give Getafe a one-goal advantage heading into the break.
Champions League-hunting Malaga dominated large parts of the second half and eventually drew level in the 57th minute. Left winger Eliseu Pereira dos Santos was the goalscorer, finishing off a passing move.
The match looked to be heading for a draw before veteran French midfielder Toulalan intervened to put his side in front, before winger Carzola sealed the victory in stoppage time.
