Hertha Berlin confirm Vladimir Darida signing

Vladimir Darida leaves relegated Freiburg for Hertha Berlin.

Czech Republic international Vladimir Darida has completed a move from Freiburg to Hertha Berlin.

The 24-year-old has signed a four-year deal with the club and been given the number six shirt at the Olympiastadion.

He scored six goals in 27 appearances for Freiburg last season but was unable to help the side avoid relegation as they finished 17th in the Bundesliga.

Darida, who has 25 caps for his country, moved to Freiburg from Viktoria Plzen in 2013 having won two Czech championships.
