Former Rangers defender Darren McGregor has joined Hibernian on a two-year deal.
The 30-year-old left the Gers by mutual consent on Monday after spending just over a year at Ibrox Stadium.
"I'm absolutely delighted to sign for Hibs – it's a dream come true for me to play for the club," McGregor told Hibernian's official website. "I've supported Hibs my whole life, so to now get the opportunity to sign for the club is brilliant.
"I enjoyed my time with Rangers and now that has ended I'm really excited about starting the next chapter of my career at my club and helping Hibs to challenge for promotion."
Hibernian are back in action on Wednesday when they host Stranraer in the second round of the Scottish League Cup.
