Will Bruin stars in Houston Dynamo win

Will Bruin scores twice for the Houston Dynamo as they get the better of the New England Revolution 4-0 at home in the MLS.

The Houston Dynamo have kicked off their MLS campaign with a comfortable 4-0 home win against the New England Revolution.

Three of the four goals at the BBVA Compass Stadium came in the first half, with Will Bruin finding the target twice.

The 24-year-old USA international scored as early as the first minute when he turned in Kofi Sarkodie's cross from close range.

The striker doubled his side's advantage soon after, latching on to Corey Ashe before firing home past New England goalkeeper Bobby Shuttleworth.

Bruin turned provider for the third midway through the first half when he released Oscar Boniek to find the net from inside the visitors' box.

Omar Cummings made it 4-0 to Houston in the third minute of injury time after collecting Ricardo Clark's pass.
