Hull City goalkeeper Steve Harper has admitted that the Tigers "need to all take responsibility" in their fight against Premier League relegation.
Steve Bruce's side drew 0-0 against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday and dropped into the bottom three despite earning a point.
Harper told BBC Sport: "We have conceded a few late goals, we have had a brutal run of away fixtures and we could easily have five or six more points than we have but sadly we have dropped into the bottom three.
"We are all a little disappointed, we have a tough game coming up at Chelsea but the table does not lie. We need to come through next weekend's fixture and look to build going into January.
"We need to all take responsibility - players and staff - the sooner we can get out of there the better. Last year we always stayed a win or two out of the bottom three but it is different this season."
Hull are now 18th in the table, but are only one point adrift of safety.
