Hull City defender Liam Rosenior has claimed that he is enjoying life in the Premier League because his game is more suited to the top flight.
The full-back, who joined the club in 2010, helped the Tigers gain promotion from the Championship last season.
Rosenior has now revealed that he feels fulfilled taking on the best players in the country.
"I'm enjoying myself but I've always said it since before the manager came here that I think my game is suited more to the Premier League," he told the Hull Daily Mail.
"I'm up against quick wingers and I like to defend one versus one. Maybe those sort of qualities aren't seen as much in the Championship, where the ball is always up in the air.
"Here I'm able to show I can defend up against good wingers and show my strengths in a better way. That's maybe the difference for me now."
Rosenior has made 11 appearances in all competitions for Hull so far this season.
