Inter Milan striker Diego Milito recovers from a knock to start against Palermo, who will have Argentine forward Paulo Dybala leading their attack.

Diego Milito has recovered from his knock to start for Inter Milan against Palermo at San Siro.

The Argentine striker will partner Rodrigo Palacio in attack for the Nerazzurri in their Serie A clash this afternoon.

Italian forward Antonio Cassano remains suspended for Inter, while Dejan Stankovic, Joel Obi, Cristian Chivu and Gaby Mudingayi are sidelined with injury.

Palermo coach Gian Piero Gasperini, who was sacked by Inter after just five games in September 2011, has given forward Paulo Dybala a rare start, with Franco Brienza and Josip Ilicic deployed behind him.
