Free agent Andy Drury has insisted that he was underused by Ipswich Town last season.
The midfielder made 30 appearances for the Tractor Boys, but that wasn't enough to convince manager Mick McCarthy of his ability and he was released at the end of the campaign.
"I played 30 games for Ipswich this season but I felt I should have played more, but that is up to the manager," he told the East Anglian Daily Times.
With regards to his future, the 29-year-old added: "I'm looking for a club for the next three or four years now. I just want to play as much football as I can.
"I'd consider playing in League One if the opportunity is right. I've just had a newborn baby so staying down south would suit me better."
Recent reports have claimed that a number of clubs are eager to capture Drury's services.
