Sports Mole previews the action for the Championship clash between Ipswich Town and Hull City.

Hull City visit Ipswich Town this weekend looking to cement their position in second place in the Championship.

Steve Bruce's side are in erratic form, with three defeats and three wins in their last six, and are just three points clear of Watford in third ahead of kickoff.

Ipswich are in more consistent form, managing to pull away from the drop zone in recent weeks, but a loss could see them back in danger.

Mick McCarthy's team go into the match in 15th place with a six-point cushion between them and the relegation places.

Hull will be without the services of the injured Alex Bruce, while Egyptian international striker Gedo is rated as doubtful.

However, Bruce could welcome back the fit-again Jack Hobbs and Matty Fryatt.

McCarthy is likely to name an unchanged side following last weekend's impressive 1-0 victory away to Derby County.
