Team News: Lloyd Doyley, Joel Ekstrand back for Watford

New Watford manager Giuseppe Sannino includes Lloyd Doyley and Joel Ekstrand in the team to face Ipswich Town

Defenders Lloyd Doyley and Joel Ekstrand come back into the Watford lineup as Giuseppe Sannino takes charge of the club for the first time since replacing Gianfranco Zola as manager as they travel to Ipswich Town in the Championship.

However, the Hornets are still without Marco Faraoni, Almen Abdi, Essaid Belkalem and Tommie Hoban, who are all sidelined through injury.

Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy has opted to leave new signing Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, who joined the club as a free agent this week, out of the matchday squad.

Daryl Murphy continues up front for the Tractor Boys while winger Paul Anderson is named among the substitutes.

Ipswich are unbeaten in their last four matches, including last week's goalless draw at Nottingham Forest.

Ipswich Town: Gerken, Chambers, Smith, Berra, Cresswell, Hyam, Skuse, Tunnicliffe, Nouble, McGoldrick, Murphy

Watford: Almunia; Doyley, Angella, Ekstrand; Cassetti, Murray, Thorne, McGugan, Pudil; Fabbrini, Deeney
