Millwall will be led out by 19-year-old captain Sid Nelson as they welcome travelling Ipswich Town to The Den in the Championship.

Millwall have handed their captaincy to 19-year-old academy graduate Sid Nelson as they face travelling Ipswich Town in the Championship this afternoon.

Nelson will lead out a starting XI that features Stefan Maierhofer and Lee Gregory in attack, with midfield support coming from Magaye Gueye, Nadjim Abdou, Jack Powell and loan signing Diego Fabbrini.

Meanwhile, visiting Town have been hit by illness but will be thankful for the presence of Jay Tabb, who has shaken off the bug in time to start this afternoon.

Ipswich are to feature Daryl Murphy up top, with creative enterprise coming from the likes of Stephen Hunt and Noel Hunt in deeper-lying midfield roles.
