How Juventus could line up against Bologna

Sports Mole looks at how Juventus could line up in Sunday's Serie A clash with Bologna.

Juventus will be looking to bounce back from their Champions League disappointment when they travel to Bologna in Serie A on Sunday afternoon.

Serie A looks to be taking care of itself for Juve, but the Italian champions suffered a 2-0 defeat away to Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their last-16 Champions League clash on Wednesday night.

Juve have won 21 of their 24 Serie A matches this season - remaining unbeaten in the process - to top the table on 66 points. They are 13 points clear of second-placed Napoli and only a huge collapse at this stage would present the Old Lady from landing yet another league crown.

The mood in the camp will not be terrific, though, following the loss at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at how Juve could line up this weekend as they attempt to return to winning ways.

POSS JUVE XI vs. BOL

Out: Juan Cuadrado (knee), Sami Khedira (heart), Emre Can (suspended)

Juve will be without the services of Juan Cuadrado and Sami Khedira, with the former still recovering from knee surgery and the latter on the sidelines for the next month after the detection of a heart problem.

Emre Can is suspended, meanwhile, after picking up a yellow card against Frosinone last time out.

Head coach Massimiliano Allegri is expected to make changes from the defeat to Atletico, though, with Joao Cancelo and Federico Bernardeschi pushing for spots in the XI.

Allegri could also decide to rest one or both of Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini, with the pair only just back from injuries. As a result, Daniele Rugani is in line to feature for the Italian champions.

Cristiano Ronaldo, though, is not expected to be given a rest as the Portuguese goes in search of his 20th Serie A goal of the 2018-19 campaign.
