Sebastian Giovinco has claimed that he is 'worth more than the number of minutes he's played' as he battles for a place at Juventus.
The 27-year-old, who has made just 16 appearances for the Serie A side this season in all competitions, has been edged out by Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente.
"I'm worth more than the number of minutes of play that I have played," Giovinco is quoted as saying by Clubcall. "It is only fair to admit that Tevez and Llorente are doing well.
"In the past I was used to playing a lot, but currently other players play more."
Giovinco has been at the club since 1996, coming through the youth ranks.
