Morata buoyed by Mandzukic, Dybala trident

Alvaro Morata has revealed that he is confident over forging successful strike partnerships with Juventus new boys Mario Mandzukic and Paulo Dybala.

Morata's role has been called into question in recent weeks following the arrivals of Mandzukic from Atletico Madrid and Dybala from Palermo.

However, Massimiliano Allegri fielded them in a three-pronged attack for Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund, and the ex-Real Madrid starlet feels that it is a system that could prove successful in the long term.

"We haven't been working together for long but [Mandzukic and Dybala] are two top players," he told Juve's official website.

"The more we play and train together, the better we'll become as a unit. Playing from the left worked well for me - there was plenty of space for me to run into.

"We've got so many options in the final third and that will make us a dangerous side this season."

Earlier today, Sports Mole looked at five potential Serie A rivals for the Bianconeri, who have won four successive scudetti.
