Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly set for showdown talks with Maurizio Sarri and senior Juventus executives following his recent actions.
The 34-year-old stormed down the tunnel and supposedly left the Allianz Stadium early after being substituted in the 55th minute of Juve's 1-0 win over AC Milan.
It was the earliest that the Portuguese veteran had been taken off during his tenure with the Turin club and it was the second game in a row in which Sarri had replaced him early.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Ronaldo's actions and attitude have annoyed certain figures at the club and that once he returns from international duty he will have to meet with sporting director Fabio Paratici and vice-chairman Pavel Nedved.
Ex-Chelsea boss Sarri has attempted to quell the tension by saying that the former Real Madrid star was only brought off early because the club are trying to manage a slight knee injury.
Ronaldo has scored six goals in 14 games for Juventus this season following Sarri's appointment as manager.
