How Juventus could line up against Udinese

Sports Mole looks at how Juventus could line up when they take to the field against Udinese on Sunday.

Juventus will be looking to return to winning ways in Italy's top flight when they welcome struggling Udinese to Turin on Sunday afternoon.

Maurizio Sarri's side have only taken one point from their last two league matches against Sassuolo and Lazio, which has seen them relinquish first spot in Serie A to Inter Milan.

Last weekend's 3-1 loss at Lazio was Juve's first domestic defeat of the campaign, but they returned to winning ways in the Champions League on Wednesday night by beating Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the Old Lady could line up in this weekend's Serie A clash.

POSS JUVE XI vs. UDI

Out: Giorgio Chiellini (knee), Sami Khedira (knee), Miralem Pjanic (suspension), Juan Cuadrado (suspension)
Doubtful: Douglas Costa (hamstring), Aaron Ramsey (leg)

There are four confirmed absentees for Juve this weekend with Giorgio Chiellini and Sami Khedira still on the treatment table, while Miralem Pjanic and Juan Cuadrado are both suspended.

Indeed, Cuadrado picked up a red card against Lazio last time out, while another booking for Pjanic equalled a suspension, meaning that Sarri is without two key players for Sunday's clash.

Douglas Costa and Aaron Ramsey could overcome their own injury problems to make the squad, though, while Rodrigo Bentancur and Matthijs de Ligt are expected to be available despite fitness concerns.

Adrien Rabiot started against Leverkusen during the week and that could again be the case here, while Federico Bernardeschi is expected to keep his spot in attacking midfield.

Cristiano Ronaldo is another certain starter in the final third of the field, and Gonzalo Higuain is being tipped to given the nod in the other attacking position despite the presence of Paulo Dybala.
