Juventus stunned by Genoa

Luca Antonini scores deep into stoppage time as Genoa beat Juventus 1-0 in their Serie A match.

Juventus have suffered their first Serie A defeat of the season after being beaten 1-0 by Genoa this evening.

Carlos Tevez had the first chance of the night for the visitors, but after working some room inside the box, his low effort was tipped behind by Mattia Perin.

They came even closer moments later when Fernando Llorente spun away from his marker and drilled a strike against the post.

Juventus continued to dominate and they almost made the breakthrough soon after half time through Leonardo Bonucci, who headed just over from a corner.

Just past the hour mark Gianluigi Buffon was forced into his first save of the match as he tipped Giovanni Marchese's long-range effort over the bar.

Moments later Juventus were denied by the woodwork for the second time when Angelo Ogbonna broke through and clipped an effort over Perin, only to see the ball come back off the bar.

With five minutes left to play Alvaro Morata had another chance for the visitors when he drove into the box and fired in a strike from a tight angle that was beaten behind by Perin.

The game looked headed for a goalless draw, until the fourth minute of stoppage time when Luca Antonini touched in Alessandro Matri's low cross to seal the points for the home side.
