In search of a third straight victory across all competitions, Kayserispor welcome Altay to the Kadir Has Stadium on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the away side make the journey seeking to avoid a sixth consecutive defeat.
Match preview
Kayserispor eased past Aksaray Bld in a comfortable 4-0 victory to book their spot in the last 16 of the Turkish Cup.
Goals from Ibrahim Akdag, Gokhan Sazdagi, Miguel Cardoso and Mario Gavranovic got the job done for Hikmet Karaman's men.
The Anatolian Star are 13th in the Super Lig table as things stand, three points off the top half midway through the campaign.
Next up for them is a clash versus an opposing side who have only won one of the last seven meetings between the teams dating back to 2003.
However, that solitary victory came during the most recent encounter in August's reverse fixture where Sunday's hosts fell to a 3-0 defeat.
Altay were dumped out of the Turkish Cup on December 30 following a 1-0 loss to defending champions Besiktas at the Vodafone Park.
Atiba Hutchinson opened the scoring just past the hour mark to sink Mustafa Denizli's men in Istanbul.
The Great Altay are hovering dangerously above the drop zone from which they are currently separated by just one point.
Sunday's visitors, who only just gained promotion to the top flight this term, will need to turn things around going forward to avoid dropping back down into the second tier.

Team News
Ibrahim Ozturk and Erhan Celenk are down with muscle injuries and will not feature for Altay this weekend.
Ivory Coast forward Daouda Karamoko Bamba scored a brace in the reverse fixture and is one to keep an eye on.
Kayseispor will be without the services of Bernard Mensah and Ilhan Parlak who miss out through knee and ankle injuries respectively, while Mame Thiam is down with an illness.
Dimitrios Kolovetsios has missed the last two games with a hamstring problem but could make his return to action in this one.
Kayserispor possible starting lineup:
Lung Jr; Bulut, Hosseini, Kolovetsios, Carole; Bassan, Kemen, Campanharo, Pektemek, Thiam; Gavranovic
Altay possible starting lineup:
Lis; Naderi, Akca, Bjorkander, Thiam, Karayel; Rodriguez, Pinares, Poko, Kappel; Bamba
We say: Kayserispor 1-0 Altay
We expect a nervy and cagey affair with neither team committing too much to attack. We also fancy the hosts to carry the day, albeit by only a narrow margin.
